International Space Station (ISS) is the largest international
scientific project ever conceived. Built by the United States,
Russia, Japan, Canada, and 11 European countries. ISS will
serve as a platform for Earth and space observation and the
experiments conducted on board will help produce new materials
and pharmaceutical products, which can only be developed in
microgravity.
